The building, which is an old industrial cementine factory, has been renewed entirely in 2020. Hence, the interiors and all the furnitures of the apartment are new. The loft has warm and relaxing vibes. It's easy to feel on holiday while starring outside, or in a peaceful mode thanks to the quiet and beautiful environment, which makes it also ideal to work.
The loft has two rooms, one bathroom and a private garden with a patio. There are 2 beds (one double bed in the bedroom + one sofa bed in the living area). Two big wardrobes are located in the bedroom and in the leaving area.
The kitchen includes: a big dining table, dish washer, washing machine, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, TV, fridge. There is also one outdoor table and, sun-beds in the external patio that is connected to the kitchen.
As part of the service are also included: a bike, a yoga mat, a safe locker, basics for kitchen/cleaning, towels sets, bed sheets and extra blanket – and wifi of course. Inside the building, located in the common area there are also a bike parking and a garbage room. Also available one car parking upon request.
